For 15 years I was the special education teacher at Erie High School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Elijah
If you were in my Grade 8 class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

What gifts mean to Elijah: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
