Elif Seda Şahin
Master of leatherwork, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Old Istanbul Repairs
- Since 2010
- English, Turkish
I'm a leatherwork specialist. If you live around Istanbul, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Elif
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Elif: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
