Elif Nihal Polat
Baking for ten years in Nuremberg
- 🇩🇪 Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany
- Parkside Shop
- 2009 to 2019
- German, Turkish
I've worked in baking from 2009 to 2019. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 450 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
