Elif Esra Yalçın
Volunteer mentor with Lotus Foundation
- 🇹🇷 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Lotus Foundation
- Since 2007
- English, Turkish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 860 people through Lotus Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Elif
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Elif: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
