For 34 years I was the English literature teacher at Bamboo Public School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Elif
If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
