For 22 years I have been the early years teacher at Meadowbank Technical College. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Elif
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Elif: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
