Elias W. Patterson
Taught chemistry at Bayview Grammar School
- 🇺🇸 Bowling Green, Kentucky, United States
- Bayview Grammar School
- 1986 to 2009
- English, French
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Elias
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I was in your mixed-ability classes class in 2018. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Epe.
