Elias Tobias Braun
Mentor in trades and careers
- 🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- Munich Association
- 2016 to 2024
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Munich Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Elias
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
