Elias Pettersson
Volunteer mentor with Lincoln Foundation
- 🇸🇪 Södertälje, Stockholm, Sweden
- Lincoln Foundation
- 1998 to 2019
- English
For 21 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
