Helping people break into careers

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Wiesbaden Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Elias: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first careers job in 2024. I still have your notes. Greetings from Hubballi.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
