Elias L. Rivera
Tiling for eight years in Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Old Los Angeles Works
- 2017 to 2025
- English
I've worked in tiling from 2017 to 2025. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 240 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Elias: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
