Elias J. Stokes
Calligraphy and photography artist
- 🇺🇸 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States
- Pittsburgh Print Workshop
- 2007 to 2025
- English
I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes photography. My first show was in 2007 at Pittsburgh Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I fix old bicycles.
More about Elias
I've had 4 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Elias: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
