Elias J. Ortega

21 years teaching modern history at San Jose University

  • 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
  • San Jose University
  • 1996 to 2015
  • English, French
My subject is modern history, and for 19 years I got to share it with undergraduates at San Jose University. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
