Elias Finn Engel

Volunteer mentor with Dortmund Foundation

  • 🇩🇪 Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
  • Dortmund Foundation
  • 2017 to 2025
  • German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 140 people through Dortmund Foundation. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
