Elias E. Luna
Hockey and fitness coach, Newcastle
- 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
- Newcastle Swimming Club
- 1997 to 2021
- English
I coached hockey at Newcastle Swimming Club from 1997 to 2021. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Elias
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
