Plumbing, done properly

I've worked in plumbing since 2001. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,030 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Eliane: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
