Eliane Kelly Ramos
Mentor in engineering and entrepreneurship
- 🇧🇷 Londrina, Paraná, Brazil
- Heritage Foundation
- Since 1985
- Portuguese, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,110 people through Heritage Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Eliane: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
