I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,780 people through Duque de Caxias Association.
I learn every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Eliane: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
