Eliana R. Ross
Volunteer mentor with Rochester Youth Network
- 🇺🇸 Rochester, New York, United States
- Rochester Youth Network
- Since 1985
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,800 people through Rochester Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Eliana: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
