Baking, done properly
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Orchid Works
- 1999 to 2020
- English
I've worked in baking from 1999 to 2020. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,260 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Eliana
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
