Eliana Cortez

Youth rugby coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
  • Los Angeles Swimming Club
  • 1983 to 2009
  • English
I'm a rugby coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 910 kids fall in love with the game. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I'm still learning every day.

More about Eliana

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
