Eli Nir Shapiro
Youth rowing coach and mentor
- 🇮🇱 Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv, Israel
- Lotus Youth Club
- 1990 to 2024
- English, Hebrew, French
I coached rowing at Lotus Youth Club from 1990 to 2024. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Eli
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Eli: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
