Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇬🇷 Heraklion, Crete, Greece
- 2018 to 2025
- English, Greek
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 430 people through Maple Ridge Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Eleni
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Eleni: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first first-generation students job in 2022. I still have your notes. Truly.
