Eleni Roman Jemal

32 years teaching music in Gondar

  • 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
  • Gondar Girls' School
  • Since 2011
  • English, Spanish
For 15 years I have been the music teacher at Gondar Girls' School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
