Elena S. Joseph
Mentor in small business and design
- 🇺🇸 Fort Worth, Texas, United States
- 2010 to 2019
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through Fort Worth Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Elena
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
