Elena Ramirez
Software mentor, Cebu City
- 🇵🇭 Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
- Meadowbank Foundation
- 2013 to 2025
- English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 710 people through Meadowbank Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Elena
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Elena: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
