Elena R. Bishop

Retired philosophy lecturer

  • 🇬🇧 Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom
  • Edinburgh Institute of Technology
  • 1982 to 2001
  • English
I taught philosophy at Edinburgh Institute of Technology from 1982 to 2001, and supervised 24 dissertations along the way. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river.

More about Elena

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
