Elena Novikov

Helping people break into entrepreneurship

🇷🇺 Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia
Yekaterinburg Youth Network
1992 to 2023
English, Ukrainian, French

For 31 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.

More about Elena

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
