Elena M. Martinez

Mentor in writing and public speaking

  • 🇨🇦 London, Ontario, Canada
  • Liberty Youth Network
  • Since 1982
  • English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,630 people through Liberty Youth Network. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Elena: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
