Helping people break into leadership
- 🇳🇿 Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand

For 28 years I've mentored people in leadership and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Elena
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Elena: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
