Elena C. Andrada
Mentor in design and trades
- 🇵🇭 Caloocan, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Since 1986
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,880 people through Northside Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Elena
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Elena: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
