Eleanor C. Williams
Mentor in leadership and recovery
- 🇬🇧 Newcastle upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom
- Harbor Mentoring Circle
- Since 1984
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,230 people through Harbor Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Eleanor: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2017. I still have your notes. Truly.
