Eleanor Brown
Taught history at Yonkers Middle School
- 🇺🇸 Yonkers, New York, United States
- 2018 to 2025
- English
For eight years I was the history teacher at Yonkers Middle School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 170 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Eleanor
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Eleanor: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
