I'm a calligraphy artist based in Petrópolis. I've been making things since 1999 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I fix old bicycles.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Elaine
I've had 6 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Elaine: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
