Elaine Aparecida Alves

Self-taught illustration artist

  • 🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Guarulhos Art Collective
  • Since 2005
  • English
I work mostly in illustration, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 2005 at Guarulhos Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I take the work seriously, though not myself. My studio is always a bit of a mess. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Elaine

I've had 6 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
