I've coached basketball at Jakarta Barat Greenfield Sports Club since 1987. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Eka
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

What gifts mean to Eka: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
