I've coached rowing at Jerusalem Valley View Swimming Club since 2004. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Einat
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
