Eileen Smith

Small business mentor, Galway

  • 🇮🇪 Galway, Connacht, Ireland
  • Summit Youth Network
  • 1985 to 2023
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 760 people through Summit Youth Network. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Eileen

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
