Eiji Daiki Fujimoto

Helping people break into engineering

  • 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
  • Since 1985
  • Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,560 people through Tokyo Association. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.

More about Eiji

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Eiji: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
