Efe Queen Yusuf

Economics teacher at Lagos Girls' School, 1995 to 2008

  • 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Lagos Girls' School
  • 1995 to 2008
  • English, Hausa
Lagos Girls' School was my second home. I taught economics there from 1995 to 2008, mostly teenagers. Over the years I had 400 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Efe

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Efe: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me economics in 2004 at Lagos Girls' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Greetings from Dhaka.
