Efe Efe Uba

Baseball and fitness coach, Gwagwalada

  • 🇳🇬 Gwagwalada, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
  • Gwagwalada Swimming Club
  • 2004 to 2022
  • English
For 18 years I ran the baseball program at Gwagwalada Swimming Club in Gwagwalada. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Efe

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
