Helping people break into teaching
- 🇹🇷 İzmir, İzmir, Türkiye
- 2002 to 2015
- English, Turkish
For 13 years I've mentored people in teaching and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
