I've been a nurse for 36 years, most of them in pediatrics at Uberlândia Maternity Hospital in Uberlândia. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
