Helping people break into farming

For 40 years I've mentored people in farming and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
What gifts mean to Eduardo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
