I've worked in leatherwork since 1986. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,920 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
