Eduardo D. Contreras
Woodcarving and embroidery artist
- 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
- Starlight Studio
- 1993 to 2010
- Spanish
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 1993 at Starlight Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Starlight Studio, which keeps me honest.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Eduardo: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
