Edson Vinícius Barbosa
Mentor in nursing and leadership
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Valley View Mentoring Circle
- 1993 to 2015
- English, Portuguese
For 22 years I've mentored people in nursing and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Edson
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
