For 15 years I've run the softball program at Messina Starlight Swimming Club in Messina. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Edoardo
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Edoardo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
