Edilene Gabriela Miranda
Leadership mentor, São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Liberty Association
- 2014 to 2025
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 410 people through Liberty Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Edilene
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
