Edilene Castro
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- The Good Shepherd Shop
- Since 2007
- English, Portuguese
I've worked in pottery since 2007. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 740 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
More about Edilene
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
